No account, no app, no password — ever. Participants receive a personal magic link via email. They click it, they're instantly signed in, they pick their prizes. That's the entire process from their side. It works in any browser on any device.

Each participant gets a unique, randomly generated token in their URL. When they visit that link, the system knows exactly who they are — no login required. Households sharing an email get one combined email with separate links for each person. Links stay valid for the entire event.

No problem. In the admin Participants panel, find the person and hit “Email” to resend their link instantly. You can also hit “Copy Link” to grab it and send it yourself. If you suspect the link was compromised, hit “New” to regenerate a fresh token — the old one is immediately invalidated.

The draw uses a weighted random algorithm — each ticket entered is one slot in the pool. More tickets = higher probability, but it's still genuinely random. The algorithm is cryptographically secure — not gameable, not predictable.

Before the draw, download a full CSV backup of every entry. Share it with anyone who asks — they can see every participant, every ticket allocation, and verify nothing was changed. The system draws from exactly what's in that file.
